Abstract

Now that several universities in developing countries have adopted women's studies programs originating from Europe and the United States, they often adopt the accompanying paradigms as well. One such paradigm asserts that "Women's Studies is out and Gender Studies is in," emphasizing broader theoretical perspectives that focus on the interpersonal and intersexual dynamics between men and women.
