A GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PUBLISHING A SPECIAL ISSUE

A special issue should highlight emerging research areas within a field or offer a venue for in-depth 
exploration of an existing topic. The decision to publish a special issue rest with the Editor-in-Chief of 
the chosen journal based on the proposal and the fulfilment of the requirements outlined in this
Guidelines. The Publisher (Penerbit USM) reserves the right to publish or unpublish the special issue 
at their discretion.
