Abstract

This study tried to take a peek at the experience of a group of USM student teachers undergoing their teaching practice. The researchers were interested to find out what went on in the absence of the USM supervisors. They were also interested to find out whether the preparation the students received were adequate or otherwise and were the students able to cope with the demands of real life teaching. The results of the study suggested that there were some conflicts between what was planned and what actually transpired
