News: Asia Pacific Journal of Educators and Education Honoured with Crème Scopus Recognition

Editorial Foreword

Welcome to APJEE: Thematic, Rigorous, and Globally Engaged

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to this thematic issue of the Asia Pacific Journal of Educators and Education (APJEE)—now guided by a newly redefined editorial vision. As one of the earliest educational journals in Asia to adopt a fully thematic, peer-reviewed format, this marks a significant departure from our earlier direction. More than a structural shift, this transformation reflects a renewed and purposeful commitment to curating research that is timely, critically engaged, and impactful across diverse educational landscapes.

This redefined editorial model allows each issue to focus on a specific theme, curated by invited Guest Editors who guide the academic coherence and intellectual depth of the collection. Through this focused approach, we aim to provide scholarly responses to urgent and emerging educational challenges in ways that are meaningful within the Asia Pacific region.

Although the journal is anchored in the region, we actively welcome contributions from scholars worldwide whose work offers practical insight, transferable knowledge, or policy relevance to education in the Asia Pacific. We are especially invested in fostering academic collaboration across continents, and supporting partnerships between emerging and established researchers working across diverse educational systems, institutions, and disciplines.

We hope this issue sets a strong tone for what APJEE now stands for: a journal that values rigour, relevance, and scholarly community, and that offers a vibrant platform for advancing education through research that is both critical and constructive.
